BOOKING POLICY

A. PAYMENT POLICY

Once your booking is confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount varies depending on the season and the resort’s policy. Our Travel Consultant will provide detailed information based on your booking.

Please note that some resorts may have different payment schedules, which will be communicated to you accordingly.

B. TYPES OF PAYMENT

We accept the following modes of payment for your convenience:

  • Telegraphic Transfer/Bank Wire – Payment processing takes 3-7 banking days. (Maldivian banks are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.)
  • Mobile Point of Sale (mPOS) – Secure online payment via Debit/Credit Card through our mPOS portal.
  • Money Transfer (Western Union/MoneyGram) – Cash transfers accepted with a valid tracking number.

All bank charges must be borne by the sender.

A copy of the remittance must be emailed to our Finance Department at accounts@perfetiunetours.com.

2. Mobile Point of Sale (mPOS)

A Payment Request will be sent via email through our mPOS portal.

The payment must be completed using a Debit/Credit Card.

Transaction fees are to be covered by the sender.


3. Money Transfer (Western Union/MoneyGram)

A valid tracking number or receipt must be provided.

Transfer fees must be borne by the sender.

Only the exact booking amount will be accepted as per the pro forma invoice.

C. BOOKING CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your booking, please send a written notice to your Consultant, including your Case ID (XXXX) and “Cancellation” in the subject line.

Cancellations or amendments are not valid unless confirmed in writing.

A written confirmation of cancellation will be sent within 3-5 working days.

Cancellation charges depend on the resort’s policy (details provided in your Proforma Invoice).


No-Shows

No-show bookings will be 100% charged as per our invoice.


Early Departures

Early departures are treated as cancellations, and 100% of the unused nights will be charged.


Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend booking travel insurance before your trip. Do not travel without insurance to avoid unforeseen losses.

D. REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., credit card refunds will be credited to the same card).

Refund transactions typically take 3-5 banking days, with the full process taking 15-30 working days.

All refunds are subject to applicable bank charges and a Consultancy Fee of USD 200.
